C | 为方便老人采集指纹信息，民辅警还将指纹仪从受理台挪到老人面前，全程不到10分钟就为老人完成办理证件所有程序。随后，民辅警又帮助安先生办理了护照申请，还帮助他把母亲送到楼下，告知他们回家等候即可，护照制作完成后会电话联系他们。民辅警的暖心服务和高效的办证效率，赢得老人及家属高度赞誉。
